Acceptance of TermsBy accepting my work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated in this Terms of Service.Ownership and CopyrightI retain full ownership and copyright of all artwork created. You grant me permission to display your commissioned requests as part of my professional portfolio and on my streaming platforms. Any commercial use of the artwork requires a separate agreement.Pricing and Payment TermsCommercial Rights: All pricing includes full commercial rights for personal use only. For any commercial use beyond personal enjoyment, a separate fee may apply.
Payment Structure: A deposit of 50% of the total price is required before the commencement of work. The remaining balance is due upon completion.Cancellation PolicyIf you cancel before work has started, 50% of the upfront payment will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued once scheduled work has commenced.
In the event that I need to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund or credit toward future work.Delivery DetailsThe final artwork will be delivered in a digital format unless otherwise specified.
The resolution and file type will be discussed prior to commencement.Timeline and DeadlinesThe estimated working time is 2 to 4 weeks minimum, depending on the complexity of the work discussed.
Clients will be notified about progress updates and any potential delays.Amendments and RevisionsOne round of revisions is included in the initial price. Additional changes may incur extra charges, which will be discussed beforehand.Legal ConsiderationsThis agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.ConclusionBy agreeing to these terms, you ensure a clear understanding between us regarding your commission. Payments are accepted by Paypal or Stripe.Two methods of payment are accepted with the following benefits:Full Upfront

- Requests made are set based on availability.
- Finished work is shown as a low-res preview file.
- Finished work is released as a zip once full payment is made within 1 week.Invoice will be sent once quote is made. Customer has one week to make payment to begin services or else will lose their place in line for the next available customer.
